Klar es ist eine Unterkunft mit Selbst Check-In, daher hat man auch kein Personal in sofortiger greifbarer näher. Man hat jedeglich eine Telefonnummer bei der man sich melden kann, was allerdings auch erst ein paar Anläufe gebraucht hat.
