TOP rustico on 16480 sqm, secluded location - 20 minutes to the beach

  • In May 2013 we started the restoration of the old Rustico and since summer 2015 the house has been available to our guests in new splendor and modern technology with hot water supply via a solar panel and underfloor heating.

    The Rustico has retained its original charm and at the same time offers modern comfort.

    The Rustico has a large living area with a kitchenette and dining area. Two bedrooms and two shower rooms are available for our guests.

beautifully located rustico

We´ve enjoyed a one week stay in the rustico in May 24 very much. Getting to the rustico by car is easy after the first time.The lovely location is a beautifully situated in the mountaineous woods between Andora and Testico. The rooftop terrace and the garden offer various placed to relax.The rooms are typically designed with spaceous furniture in the living room. the two bathrooms made the stay with four adults more comfortable. The kitchen equipment is ok but a few more glasses, plates etc would be nice. The paint ball location next to the garden was clearly audible on weekend days but not too loud,

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder zwischen 3 und 6 Jahren) haben im Sommer 3 Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Lage ist sehr idyllisch und man kommt wirklich dazu in Ruhe auszuspannen. Trotzdem sind Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants usw. mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit erreichbar und man hat alle Annehmlichkeiten, die uns im Urlaub wichtig sind. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Hauseigentümer und der Verwalterin vor Ort war super angenehm. Alle Fragen oder kleinen Problemchen wurden stets schnell und unkompliziert gelöst. Wir kommen garantiert mal wieder...

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Roggio. Der Außenbereich mit dem großen Tisch unter der alten Eiche hat uns super gefallen. Der bietet auch viel Platz für Federball, Frizbee oder so. Die Wohnung ist, hell, freundlich und großzügig. Die Küche ist verglichen mit anderen Ferienwohnungen gut ausgestattet. Gibt es Fragen oder Schwierigkeiten ist Manuela vor Ort eine echte Hilfe. Danke!Einzige kleine Komforteinschränkungen: Der Wasserdruck auf den Duschen ist je nach Tageszeit ziemlich niedrig. Die Spülmaschine bekommt nicht alles sauber. Die Zeitangaben zu Strand und Bäcker sind etwas optimistisch. Der Fahrweg zum Haus ist an einer Stelle ziemlich steil. Aber auch daran hatten wir uns schnell gewöhnt. Dafür ist man echt für sich und muss auf keine Nachbarn Rücksicht nehmen. Man kann von Testico aus super wandern, die Gegend ist ohnehin ein Rennradparadies und die kleinen Orte drumherum haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Daher waren wir sehr glücklich mit der Lage der Unterkunft. Am Meer hat man eine Auswahl an sehr schönen (freien) Stränden mit Sand oder Kiesel. Der nächste Strand in Andora, war nicht unser Favorit, aber der am Yachthafen.Mit dem Wetter hatten wir großes Glück - die Temperaturen hielten sich stets zwischen 20 und 30 Grad - also nie zu heiß und dennoch stets Badewetter. Manchmal Regen in der Nacht, so dass auch Anfang August alles schön grün war. Das war ein wirklich schöner Urlaub. Danke an das Team des Rusticos.

Es war wunderschön. Es gibt Nix zu beanstanden. Diese wunderschöne Ruhe und diese Einsamkeit auf dem Grundstück waren fantastisch. Immer wieder gern und der Inhaber hat uns jede Menge Tips gegeben, weil wir das Glück hatten, dass er die erste Woche da waren. Alles in allem wunderbar!

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön. Die Ruhe eimalig! Wir haben die Abende an dem großen Tisch sehr genossen (Mückenschutz ist hier obligatorisch).Die Beleuchtung in dem Baum ist auch sehr praktisch. Das ein oder andere könnte ausgebessert werden. Aber das tut dem Charme des Hauses keinen Abbruch. Unsere Hündin konnte sich frei bewegen. Es ist vielleicht nicht uninteressant zu wissen, dass die Zufahrt sehr schmal und teilweise auch sehr steil ist (wir reisten mit einem Volvo XC60 an).Der Bäcker in 5 Min Entfernung existiert leider nicht mehr. Bis zum Connad Supermarkt fährt man ca. 20 Minuten. Dort hat man eine gute Auswahl. Wer absolute Ruhe braucht und mal durchatmen möchte, wem es nichts ausmacht dafür etwas weiter bis zur Küste zu fahren ( ab 30 Minuten je nach Ziel) ist hier genau richtig!

Schönes großes Haus in toller Umgebung

Das Haus kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Es war groß, sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet, in der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt. 2 Badezimmer, für 4 Personen...top! Ein großes Lob für den Mückenschutz vor den Fenstern im gesamten Haus. Es liegt ein wenig abgelegen, aber dafür hat man natürlich seine Ruhe. Zu dem Strand nach Andora brauchten wir ca. 25 Minuten und dort gab es auch genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Trotz Hochsaison, bekamen wir immer strandnahe einen Parkplatz. Wir konnten früher anreisen, als angegeben Vielen Dank dafür!!!

Tout confort en pleine nature

Maison très agréable en pleine nature, au calme, à 5 minutes d’une petite épicerie et bars et à 20 min des commerces et plage. La maison est de plein pied (partie droite sur les photos) avec 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains / WC et un grand espace cuisine / salle à manger / Salon. Le grand chêne devant la maison prodigue une ombre agréable pour déjeuner ou farnienter.

Wunderbares Rustico in schöner Lage

Ein sehr gepflegtes, typisch ligurisches Rustico in zauberhafter Alleinlage auf einem großzügigen Grundstück hatte uns erwartet. Unsere Vorstellungen nach dem Lesen der Anzeige wurden während des Aufenthaltes mehr als erfüllt. Mit unseren Kindern hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt und die nahen Strände waren nach ca. 15-20 Min. Autofahrt gut zu erreichen. Wir konnten sehr die Ruhe auf dem Grundstück, das Baden im Mittelmeer und die schönen Ausflüge in der Region genießen. Der Anbieter war jederzeit bei Rückfragen ansprechbar. Bei ungetrübtem Urlaubsvergnügen bleibt eine besondere Empfehlung für dieses Rustico.

The best house we have ever rented in Italy

This is definitely the best house we have ever rented in Italy! The house is totally renovated, everything is new and high quality. The size of the house is perfect for family with kids (We travelled with 2 kids) or for two couples. It is very light, with large windows. There is a roof top terrace with a sun deck to catch the sun or to observe the stars at night. There's also a dining area right outside the house - a large wooden table under an old oak tree, which is stunning! The house is located not too far from the free of charge public beach. It's perfect if you want to enjoy beach during the day and hide away from the crowds and enjoy silence at night. The kids can safely play outside and you can enjoy your Italian wine:) You can also find various oil mills in nearby villages to buy high quality olive oil. From this location you can travel easily to Genova and further or to Sanremo and even France as it is so close. There are different small villages in mountains and also nice more touristic towns along the seashore where you can enjoy an evening at restaurants. The hosts speak German, English, Spanish and Italian. They suggested various things to us what to do around the area. They were very, very kind to us! And lastly the most important thing - thank you Bernd! We would definitely suggest to rent your property, it was super comfortable, we enjoyed every minute of being there! And we hope to be back one day!!! Thank you!
