What really set this resort apart was the service; 24/7 concierge, staff who knew us by name, and genuine smiles every time we were greeted. We always felt welcomed and well taken care of, with everyone happy to help in any way possible. Dining is priced on the higher end, but that’s to be expected for a luxury resort of this caliber, and the quality matched the experience. "The house caretakers are wonderful people, the unit was spotless and clean. They addressed all our questions and concerns. Views are spectacular. Only few things keep in mind, unit is loft style even bathrooms, so do not expect any privacy in the bathroom or bedroom from other people in the house, also if anybody prefer early bedtime the lights are strong in every room and one room light lights all other rooms. Also, in the first floor it is another unit, so you might not be only ones in the house. Hot water pressure super low so expect colder showers, location of the rental is not accurate in the ad, if you want location look for treetop restaurant, the house few houses down, you definitely need at least 2 wheel drive car as house is not in town itself. Otherwise surroundings and nature is beautiful, shared pool is a plus."

"This place is a perfect getaway. We loved feeding the birds and lizards each morning while looking out over the Pitons. The ocean breezes made it cool at night (so no AC wasn’t even thought about). We walked to many fantastic places - Project and Hotel Chocolat, Drive in volcano (mud baths and view of “active” volcano), and Superman falls. Also, the manger arranged a driver for us during our stay who was very timely and got us where we needed without any hassle. Tamara was a great host and makes a smoothie for the ages. I totally recommend having her cook at least one meal as she prepares delicious local cuisine. "
