The valet (Knox) was such a sport, carrying our luggage up and down the stairs when the elevator went out of service. He had a great attitude and worked so hard for everyone with a smile on his face. "The hostel offers a basic accommodation in an excellent location with a vibrant common space and friendly staff. It’s nothing fancy, but the perfect place to stay for someone who is looking to ski all day and just needs a comfortable bed to crash in at night at a relatively reasonable price given the location. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m at Jackson Hole!"

"A wonderful stay in every way. Communication was clear and the accommodations met or exceeded expectations. The location was great, giving easy access to the National Park and the town of Jackson Hole. Just be aware that this is a third floor property…you will get your daily stair steps in…but worth it. "
