The location is excellent, the price is reasonable, and the service is very good. The bedding was dry and comfortable, but not perfectly clean as I could see some small hairs.

2 nights stay was so good, excellent comfortability and very good location . Breakfast is good. The staff is outstanding. *Especially Receptionists AYOUB and ELIAS. They were so helpful and their voices were calm and comforting, guided through everything. * If I come to tetouan will absolutely repeat.

Was terrible night.too much noise. And bed not clean My advice to check the rooms after the housekeeper it’s not fear to use same bed sheets for new guests. I did informed the front desk lady. Also I took pictures .

Beautiful and newly opened hotel. Nicely decorated minimalist and very calming.I loved the wood touch everywhere and the overall white color. The only down side is no safe parking. You park in the street and you take a chance of being hit or scratched, which what happened to me someone while exiting return far and scratched front bumper. But overall once of the nicest hotels in the old city. Very boutique style. I just hope they will upgrade their bathroom amenities to some organic Moroccan brands which they do exist all over.

Un séjour incroyable !!! ✨ Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueillie par un personnel d’une gentillesse rare, toujours souriant et aux petits soins. L’hôtel est parfaitement situé, en plein centre-ville, avec les transports à deux pas, super pratique pour se déplacer. Les locaux sont magnifiques, et décorés avec beaucoup de goût. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux, et varié. Franchement, tout était parfait du début à la fin ! Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés 👌

Nice hotel but they are short staffed. Check in states at 3pm but most people including myself got check in from 4pm onwards. They need more staff to help with the cleaning during busy periods to help with check in. Good location otherwise and new ish hotel. Some cleaning issues but seems like most of Morocco is like this

ESTAFA!!! Me mandaron un correo que había un problema con la forma de pago que tenía 24horas para solucionarlo o no se confirmaba la reserva. NO LA CONFIRME, no fui al hotel, y aún así me han cobrado la estancia, me la han cobrado desde la forma de pago que decían que tenía problemas. ME HAN COBRADO POR NO CANCELAR ALGO QUE NO ME CONFIRMARON. REPITO, VAYA ESTAFA. NO RESERVÉIS NUNCA AQUÍ
