"I loved that the people in the front desk were very helpful, they let us leave our bags, because we got to the property about 3 hours early for our check in, the apartment spacious and clean, restaurants, markets where close by. My daughter's friend loved how close the property was to the Santiago Bernabeu stadium she attended a game and was only a 15 minute walk back to the property. Highly recommend this property. I will definitely stay here again when i visit Madrid again!"

"Horrible experiencia! No funcionaba la llave electrónica y no pude entrar en el apartamento hasta después de cenar, como no hay recepción ni nadie para atenderte a la llegada, es muy difícil que en caso de tener un problema puedan resolverlo con rapidez.como Iva a una cena de negocios, esto supuso ir sin duchar y con la maleta. Está muy lejos del centro. Me prometieron hace meses el reembolso de los taxis de ir y volver al apartamento cuando no pude acceder y no lo han hecho. Pésima experiencia"
