"Overall good experience. The location is excellent and the apartment was in perfect condition. The only negative we experienced was that we didnt receive our check in code by 3:00pm as promised. We had to call the property at 3:10 and then they emailed it. I would recommend this property to someone visiting Madrid. We were a family of 5 and it worked well for us. There are storage lockers on site that you can rent if you need somewhere to keep your bags after checkout. "
