"Love the amenities, friendly and courteous staff, the rooftop bar, and the service was unbeatable! Spent a milestone birthday there, and they even sent a little box of comp dark chocolates to the room. Nice touch. The room was well-appointed, and kept clean daily by housekeeping.
The location is central to so many sites (Plaza de España, Royal Palace, the Cathedral of Santa María Real, Temple Debod, Cerralbo Museum, and Gran Via for shopping). It was 95-99 degrees the 6 nights we were there, and the a/c was cool and essential. This hptel is a keeper, and we would definitely return."
