We spent two nights at the hotel while attending a wedding. It is located in the historic center of the village, within walking distance of the main square and all the restaurants. The rooms were beautifully decorated, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. We decided to add breakfast for €10 per person and were glad we did. Overall, a very pleasant stay. We would definitely recommend the hotel and would happily return.

Precioso lugar

De verdad 100% recomendado, cuartos impecables, personal atento, precio accesible, lo único malo es que tendrías que coger uber/taxi para llegar a Gran Vía, y lugares turísticos, porque queda a 30 minutos, pero más allá de eso, PERFECTO

Very comfortable

This facility is far from Madrid’s city center. Having said that, we used the local buses #312 and/or #L-2 to go to the nearest metro station and take the metro #9 into Madrid. It takes about one hour between the bus and the two metro links you need to use to get to Madrid. You need to do the same to get back to the hotel.

Good location between Toledo and Barajas if planning to visit Toledo after a long drive and leaving from Barajas the next day. Parking lot was full but there was plenty of space on the street. 3 single beds was a little crowded but triple room is what we requested. Very clean and well maintained. Front desk lady was very helpful.

Everything was wonderfully orchestrated until my last my check out, I shall return this HOTEL, CHARMING community, it’s like a fireworks display 24/7🔥no other places like Spain🔥

I was having difficulty using my US credit cards to pay the cab driver, and the night manager went above and beyond to help me. She paid the cab driver and had another employee drive me to the ATM.

La habitación muy buena y todo en la instalación hotelera estuvo perfecto.

friendly/helpful staff

I enjoyed my stay. Property was quiet and safe. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Not a busy area but big shopping mall near by full of restaurants and stores. My only complaint was I had lukewarm water to shower. Other than that I would definitely recommend if you need a simple and affordable place to stay.

Great property - thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Right next to the train station. 24/7 vending machines (super convenient). Friendly, helpful staff.

Place was a great value.

I rated this hotel a 5 because of its very special location next to lively Santa Ana square, the staff (especially Barbara who checked us in) and the varied breakfast in charming surroundings. The rooms are interestingly designed per the website and plushly decorated. 214 was extremely quiet since it had great sound proofing and a view to an interior courtyard. All the standard rooms face internally and have adequate space. I originally booked a superior room but they all face Calle de las...
