"It was a comfortable stay with friendly staff. The rooms are a bit small, especailly fora family and the bathroom is very small. But nothing really major to complain about. The proximity to the train station, the friendly staff and the comfortable staff make this a well recommeded place to stay."

"Visiting from Connecticut, USA. The best part of my stay was the staff. Miguel at the Front Desk was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to accommodate us. Ary and Lola at the dining area were great. The hotel needs update on the key lock and other amenities. I will give the 5 star for the nice staff they have, and for the cleaness. Not so much for the hotel appearance. "

"I wanted to share feedback about my stay. Overall, it was good, but I noticed quite a bit of noise from people talking loudly in the corridors and other rooms. It was a bit disruptive specially after 11 pm, and I could hear everything from neighboring rooms."

"Close to the cercanías train stop that takes you to Madrid proper within 10-15 mins. The staff was super helpful and nice and our room was clean as was the lobby and eating areas. "

"I thought that the breakfast buffe was excellent. There was a nutritious variety of food. I did not feel rushed nor limited in repeats. The front desk gentleman who served me was polite and helpful in providing me with tips for getting around in Madrid. The breakfast manager and room help were courteous and and most efficient. "

"Not too far from renfe train station. Takes around 30 minutes to reach the city centre. Overall good. No AC till June 1st. Thankfully it was not that hot when we stayed early May. "

"Very cool hotel with more than expected. Even a pool. Huge bedroom. Huge and very comfortable bed. Great bathroom with large shower. Even toiletries were great quality. Bar/cafe served simple good quality food and staff extremely helpful. "
