There is a lot of meandering people in the front in the early morning or late at night because of the nightclub in front of the hotel. Check-in lines are looong waits, and trying to talk to someone on the phone was very challenging. I was on hold for 30 minutes at least at 2 different times and was unable to connect with someone. I would say it was an overall 3 out of 5 for...
