"The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The AC worked great and the staff was friendly. The proximity to the airport is a plus for a quick layover or a short trip, however the airport shuttle service is horrible. The bus departs only once every hour and because of that the line gets long before the next trip and the bus can only hold 20 people and may have to leave some people behind. And to make matters worse, the bus only picks up from terminal 4. That means that if you are at terminal 1, you have to catch a 20 min free city bus to get to terminal 4 and wait there although it drops at every terminal"

"I booked this hotel because of its proximity to the train station (5-minute walk) however I was extremely impressed with the hotel. My room was large with a king size bed (extremely comfortable), many electrical outlets, good heating/AC and very clean. The bathroom had a shower with lots of pressure and hot water. Check in was quick and easy and the front desk staff were very pleasant. When I asked how to get to the train station one of the staff went outside with me and showed me two possible routes. I was very pleased with the whole experience and would not think twice about staying here again."

"The location was great. The balcony premium studio was very clean, very "fresh" and had everything we needed. We didn't use the pullout couch in the living area, but it looked comfortable and could fit an adult or 2 small kids. The full bed was comfortable. The check-in is at 4pm, and just to note, there really is nowhere for you to leave your luggage if you come in earlier, like at other hotels. I flew in from NY and arrived at 9am, so it was challenging, but the management was great as I messaged them to ask for early check-in and they were accommodating in getting my studio cleaned first. So if you are arriving in Madrid earlier I suggest contacting management. Communication with them was efficient, and they gave very clear instructions. Would stay here again."
