Carrasqueta is a magnificent holiday home in Moraira (Alicante), it's the perfect place, with a privileged location just 1 km from the town center and 800 meters from the beach.

It has 3 rental options. (The price indicated in the ad is for 10 people, contact us for the other two options).

1. Complete house for 10 people.

2. Upstairs for 6 people -Three en-suite bedrooms, toilet, fully equipped kitchen and living room with direct access to the terrace, barbecue and pool down side stairs.

3. Ground floor for 4 people -Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and living room with direct access to the terrace, barbecue and pool.

The house would be rented only for you, it would not have to be shared, the part that is not rented is left free.


The environment is fantastic, Moraira is originally a small fishing village that has evolved over time into a popular tourist destination that still retains much of its traditional charm.

Although I have given this a high star rating because it was indeed a beautiful place to stay in a good location once we had left and on our way home we were accused of causing damage to the property, of pulling a huge door handle off the sliding bathroom door. There was no handle on the door when we arrived there and certainly no handle to be seen anywhere and yet by some miracle they managed to produce said handle and photograph it to send to me as evidence. They sent this to me 7 hours after we had left the property and my conclusion is that they produce this handle and accuse people of pulling it off so that they can keep the damage deposit. The company is Villas holidays, Costa Blanca and in all my years of traveling I have never had to deal with anything like this. So..... beware!

La villa es perfecta para una estancia en familia. Bien distribuida, con buen acceso a zona exterior amplia y con piscina muy limpia. Hemos disfrutado mucho! Utilizamos la cocina de la planta baja y no había suficiente menaje para 10 personas.
