"The staff were friendly and the room was kept very well, however I was suprised that there was no hot water for the last two days of our stay. When the lack of hot water was mentioned the first day, I was told is was not just me, it was the whole hotel, but my concerns were not addressed or taken seriously, plus I felt I was just been brushed off with 'its not just you, the whole hotel has no hot water', so it didn't really matter! "Location and views superb. Breakfast excellent. Disappointed that the pool and pool area were closed. Missed tea and coffee making facilities in the room."

"Great location"

"Lovely hotel with friendly staff and good location. Second stay here and we will be back! Thanks"

"We have stayed here many times, and it never fails to deliver. Everything about it is just lovely."

"Excelente! Todos los empleados de todos los turnos son excelentes! Los recomiendo 100%"

"Nydelig beliggenhet, utrolig hjelpsom personale. Flotte rom."

"Overall great stay. Great sea views, nice atmosphere and decor. The restaurant is good but overpriced."

"The room was clean and cozy with all the amenities we needed including exercise mat and hand weights, robes and slippers. The staff was super helpful and kind, and our massage was just what we needed! "

Jeg sendte en forespørsel til hotellet om jeg skulle betale full pris for oppholdet, men ikke fått noe svar.. Det er over et døgn side.. Håper jeg får et svar.."

"excellent location adjacent to the port & very good value for money & brilliant breakfast. Evening meals provided by restaurant next door but we had a poor experience of this & would not recommend - not up to the standard of the hotel itself"

"Sehr neues Hotel, top Lage am Shopping Centre"

"Clean room and hotel. Staff all good and very helpful and courteous at breakfast. Breakfast was as expected. Great for parking 🅿️ albeit one of my days I had to park outside on street as spaces full. Pool area was small with loungers that where mostly in shade if that’s what you want. However I prefer sun ☀️ so struggled to get exactly what I needed. Also didn’t like that although it said no reserving lounges - there was always the same two reserved with towels from early and then during...
