The health and safety of our guests is a priority. In the light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.

Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blanket after checkout are already our standard.

The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchen.

If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.



Située à seulement 2 km de la vieille ville de Teulada, cette superbe propriété bénéficie d’une belle vue sur la campagne de Teulada. Conçue pour vivre dehors, elle combine vastes terrasses avec coins habrités et crée l’endroit idéal pour se détendre, tout en profitant de ces vues extraordinaires.

L´intérieur de la villa est moderne et spacieux. La Finca Argudo est un excellent choix pour ceux qui sont attirés par un cadre rural, tout en étant à proximité de toutes les commodités. Elle est située dans un zone tranquille, sur une route de campagne. Sa grande piscine privée, ses vastes terrasses et table du Ping-pong, en font un bon choix pour les familles qui veulent s’évader du quotidien.

Elle est répartie sur 2 étages. Rez-de-chaussée : grand séjour avec TV Sat + DVD + cheminée, salle à manger et cuisine entièrement équipée. Une chambre double et une chambre avec deux lits jumeaux et une salle de bains avec douche. On accède à l’étage par un escalier intérieur : deux chambres avec grand lit, chacune avec sa propre salle de bains. Chauffage au sol pour l’hiver et climatisation dans les 4 chambres.
