Luxury Moraira Spacious Villa with Private Infinity Pool not Overlooked

La Casa de Reyes is spacious, modern and furnished throughout to a very high standard. The villa living space is 313m2 and it sits on a generous plot of 1,133 m2.

The villa is fully air conditioned/heated, as well as underfloor heating for the cooler months.

The villa has a large open plan lounge and dining area with chocolate leather sofas, modern furniture and paintings and a 50" TV with surround sound. There is Sky Plus, and a Sonos system, with speakers both inside and outside of the villa.

The villa is south facing and therefore benefits from all day sunshine. Also, due to the villas either side being set back slightly and either higher or lower, the whole outside areas are particularly private as you are not overlooked.

There are 8 loungers on the large terrace, a 58 m2 infinity pool and a large artificial grass lawn to the rear of the property.

The villa is fully equipped if you wish to dine in, and it also has a gas barbecue, a dining table in the Naya and outside sofas for lazy summer evenings.

There are all of the great restaurants, bars and of course the beach in Moraira just a 10 minute walk away.

Alternatively you could be in Javea, Calpe, or a secluded cove just a short drive or taxi journey away.

The lively resort of Benidorm, with its theme and water parks, is also within very easy reach.

We have a compulsory Tourist Licence for our villa and all guests will be required to provide their passport details via the Check-in Scan App prior to receiving the key access instructions.

Beautiful villa with a great layout. Very spacious and the master bedroom is exceptional with en-suite (with bath and separate shower) and a large sun terrace. The interior is modern with quality furnishings. The pool was a little chilly as it was February but granddaughter loved it in her new wet suit! The walk into town is only 10 - 15 minutes with lots of bars and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return.

We stayed for 4 weeks and had a wonderful time. The property is in a great location, a short walk into town. The outdoor area is very spacious and very well maintained, several lovely seated areas and new sun loungers. The house is very spacious and has everything that is needed. Der Außenbereich ist sehr kompakt. Jeder kann mit jedem von jeder Stelle kommunizieren. Wir fanden das toll. Zum kochen alles vorhanden und sehr gut ausgestattet. Betten bequem. Innenräume so gut wie nicht genutzt….warum auch bei schönem Wetter. Vermieter freundlich und entspannt.Alles prima.

Absolutely stunning property in a great location just 15 minute walk to the edge of town.We lived outside for most the week, in the generous terrace area and in the gorgeous infinity pool.Would highly recommend to family’s and groups, we went as a party in their 70s, forties and pre teens. My dad, has a disability, making walking and movement difficult, but he managed the villa fine and even went for a dip in the pool

Great family holiday

Loved this property, my daughter and her partner had the privacy on the top floor and myself. my son, daughter in law and grandchildren were on the ground floor, the swimming pool was amazing and I must say it was a great family holiday and we hope to go back next year

Fantastic villa for a group of 8

Spacious villa with a fantastic infinity pool and outside seating and dining area, perfect for our group of 8 people, including 6 young adults. Poolside Sonos system and full Sky package on the TV were enjoyed. Easy walk into town each evening with lots of lovely restaurants near the marina. Host very quick to respond to any questions. We did not hire a car and found that we could not get a large taxi for 8 people in the town but it was not a problem for us as we were happy spending our days in and around the lovely pool playing volleyball etc and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We have no hesitation in recommending this fantastic villa.

Spacious villa in a fab location!

A large comfortable villa with excellent outside space and secure driveway. Brilliantly located a short easy walk from moraira centre, beaches and weekly market. Excellent communication from host and quick to help with any concerns we had.

Fabulous Villa

This was a wonderful villa which delivered exactly what was described. It was perfect for our family, including a baby. The property was in a very good and quiet location within easy walking access to Moraira. It also felt very safe with gates and an alarm system. The villa was amazing with 4 good sized bedrooms, lovely bathrooms/en-suites, excellent air conditioning, and a lovely kitchen close to the very large covered terrace and wonderful infinity pool. You have everything you need to cook for at least 8 people, a great (clean) BBQ and we didn’t feel anything was missing. There were 8 sun chairs, a large outside table with space on the terrace to enjoy the outside weather the whole time. There is also a good mix of sunny and shady areas which are needed, because the pool area is in the sun most of the day. The villa itself was very nice and very well kitted out and it was a pleasure to be there for two weeks. We did have one issue which was sorted very quickly by the owners and did not inconvenience our holiday at all. The speed of response is important to me and showed that the owners cared about us having a lovely holiday. Indeed, the owners of the property were easily contactable during the whole booking process and made our holiday complete. If you are looking for a villa that is ideal for a large family group, I can’t think that you would be disappointed with this property and location. Thank you for allowing us to use your home for our two week break .

Lovely villa in Moraira

Pictures don’t do this villa justice. The outside area is perfect mix of shaded areas and sunny parts. Infinity pool was a plus and the kids really enjoyed playing in the pool Ideal for a large family as the bedrooms are spread over 2 levels. Absolute bonus was the great little restaurant Ca Pepe at the end of the road.

Great villa

The villa was much bigger than we thought. So much space inside and outside. Really well equipped and the pool was fantastic. Great spot within walking distance of the town and beach. Couldn't fault it. Great time had by all.

Great villa and pool

Lovely large villa with a great pool. The villa is mostly set up perfectly for 8 people; room for 8 to eat outside in the shaded naya or inside, 8 sun lounges etc. The only shortage might be on wine glasses. Good location, c. 15min walk to centre of town and less to the beach.

Lived Up to Expectations

We had a super week at this villa which was spacious and well equipped, both indoors and outdoors. We particularly liked the electronic shutters both in terms of security and totally excluding light, the beds which were comfortable and how quiet it was. Communication with the owners was excellent at all stages. We got transport to and from the airport from a company recommended by the owners, we used two taxis to get shopping home, but otherwise everything was in walking distance. Lots of nice restaurants nearby and Kostas!, our fav around 30 minutes, but worth it. We do hope to return.

Fantastic Villa Close to the Beach

From start to end it was a great experience staying in this lovely home. The property is immaculate and had everything we could ask for including kitchen items, board games, TV, pool, etc. The washing machine and AC worked great. Communication with the host was always very prompt and accomodating. I will stay here again for sure.

Fabulous, better than expected !!

We have just arrived home after spending 5 weeks here, Location, Quality and Size of the property was fantastic. As stated in a previous review, the place is better than the pictures suggest. The owner was great with communication and fast to rectify any issues. Would highly recommend 10/10
