"Only complaint is hot water which mostly was highly variable but no ever hot enough for a comfortable shower"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are slightly worn but it’s a given with the nature of the property. Rooms were clean and had no issues. Modern bathroom. Staff attentive and helpful. The spa is dated, and not all facilities were working. It felt more like hotel pool facilities rather than a spa itself. Great to have included in the price of the room to use if you want. Breakfast was okay, small selection of included made to order options. Full breakfast with an additional £5 charge. Eggs were not good quality, recommend hotel to change supplier."

"Fairly clean room older style decor though clean. great night sleep. restaurant not open bar food only on my stay a little pricey for drinks and food value for money with a gym /pool"

"We had an enjoyable stay here. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of parking. The bathroom was a bit dated though and I was surprised there wasn’t any hair conditioner (only shampoo and hand/body wash) so I would bring my own conditioner next time. Pool was ok but smaller than it looks in the photos so can get a bit too crowded at times."

"Beautiful setting, with 360 degree views including the Malvern Hills. Lots to do locally and if you like to keep fit there is a gym, pool and tennis and squash courts."

"Very good hotel and reasonably priced. Drinks are very expensive. Our check out experience was dreadful. It took 25 minutes because the receptionist could not work out it the Expedia payment was complete. Spoilt what was otherwise a very pleasant experience."
