"The sleeper sofa was filthy and stained. The room smelled moldy. The breakfast staff were inattentive, trash cans overflowing not being emptied. One woman working had her pajamas on still and seemed annoyed when asked if she could refill the apple juice and make more coffee. The staff didn’t attempt to clean floors or tables between guests were were dining. On the outside of the premises there were multiple light fixtures that needed to be secured to the ceiling again. This property is unkempt and unloved"

"No bathroom is not where I want to have a shower. The tolite was returning. The towels are nasty as fk. "

"First of all, it’s NOT super 7 like it’s advertised as, it’s an OYO property. Second, there were roaches. Third, there was no one at the counter when I checked in or out. Checking in I didn’t mind standing there waiting a few minutes but checking out irritated me with no one being there because I wanted to know how long it would take until my deposit will be back on my card. What if I hadda paid in cash? All I’m saying is someone needs to be at the desk from 10:30-11:15a since check out is 11a and from 2:45-3:45p since 3p is check in. Fourth, noise surprisingly was low. There was however an unexpected knock on the door, of which I didn’t answer or respond to because no one knew of my whereabouts except my daughter so I wasn’t expecting anyone and it wasn’t hotel staff. Fifth, the room was a bit too dark for my liking because it bothers my eyes as soon as I open the door. Lastly, sixth, there’s no direct line/number to the front desk. But I digress, overall it was okay, I just couldn’t sleep and as usual there was nothing on tv that interested me. For me, I’ll give them a solid 5 outta 10."

"The hotel advertised breakfast, but was not yet setup to serve it. Also no coffee maker in the rooms. Shower would not turn off and toilet made a loud noise when flushed."
