"There was no bath towels provided until we went and asked for… there was no pillow and blanket provided for the sofa bed and had to ask for it.. looks like the room was not prepared for the guest stay.."

"This was a great find especially for the money. The property is convenient. The room very clean, pet friendly, and quiet for its location. The check in was a bit of surprise wanting to post a deposit for "amenities". There were none at the property. The breakfast was hot, varied, and excellent. Did not have to have another meal that day. The staff was courteous and friendly. Will stay there again when in Lubbock."

"Upon arrival we had to pay 50.00 for a security deposit. Was told it would be 5 days to get it back. Not on the website. Tears in carpet. Room smell of mold. Internet was next to impossible to login to. The water in the pool was so dirty you could not see the bottom. When we left there was no one at the desk. When she did show up she was rude. Will not stay at this hotel again."
