"Pool was closed by the city, beds were hard as a rock, tiny dead bugs were frozen in the ice at the bottom of the freezer, there was a roach that ran through the bathroom and the corners of the bathroom looked like they had not been cleaned. It was so bad we left because we did not want bugs crawling into our bags and we couldn’t sleep on such a hard bed. I didn’t think to take pictures because I was so grossed out. Wendy at the front desk said she could not check us out and laughed and said I wouldn’t get my money back because I booked through Expedia. Expedia talked to her and she told them she didn’t care that we were not staying there she would not approve a checkout. I will never book through Expedia again, nor will I stay at any Wyndham hotels. TERRIBLE!!!"

"Worse experience of my life. Signs of bed bugs, no working TV, no wifi, no working phone, no hot water, the room was filthy, as soon as I checked in I wanted to leave. But was told I wouldn't be getting a refund. I even had the insurance. She was very rude. I got ahold of Expedia they even called motel still no refund. Site says free breakfast nope not even that... I took pictures of how disturbing it all was."
