"I didn’t like the party that went on the balcony walkway next to my room till 3 o’clock in the morning. And waking up and finding beer bottles, and beer cans all over the balcony where I had to walk."

"Nice cozy retreat for me and my wife on our anniversary. Comfy bed, the two AC units worked great! TV’s in both living room and bedroom. Games were left for residents to play. Definitely a 5 star. A couple things (very small things) could make it even better. Having a few suggestions of places to eat would be helpful. Those could be written down with the notes on the counter. I contacted the owners and they did suggest a Mexican restaurant in Elkhart. Great suggestion!! Also went to Giovanni’s in Palestine. Excellent. Maybe a roll of paper towels in the kitchen would be nice and even a curtain on the kitchen window. (That was from my wife… I didn’t care about the curtains!). Other than that, all the directions were spot on! Will certainly recommend to others and if we are ever going to Palestine again, this will be the first place I look for!!! "
"Our family enjoys the peace, quiet, and beauty that comes with country living. Cozy Retreat provided all of that and more. The grandkids enjoyed fishing in the pond and our grandson caught his first bass! Natalia, the host, checked in advance to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
