"This hotel has been used and abused. It needs a major facelift, etc. A fridge that leaked and made the room musty. A door where the key card absolutely would not work, a broken peephole, a rusty bathtub, AC that wasn't working in the lobby. The pool was out of service...icky looking, too. Very clean hotel though. It needs a huge facelift and major maintenance needs to be done. All sorts of confusion trying to pay and have the tax removed due to a tax exempt form. Don't let the pictures online fool you (they look nice, had to be old pics). It doesn't live up to all the other Comfort Inn and Suites where I have stayed before. Corporate needs to see this hotel because I don't think they would want their name/brand on it."
