Just a little more attention to detail

Staff very welcoming and accommodating. Room needed to be aired out. Pillow or something needed to be washed or replaced.... room smelled like a clothes rack of unwashed second hand clothing found on an op-shop. Price was very good and met my needs

Perfectly clean and welcoming, but skeleton staff. Served our purpose well, somewhere to sleep comfortably. No information given re availability of breakfast or other meals, despite being attached to a bar/restaurant. Online it says kettle/ coffee/tea making available in rooms but this was not the case.

Literie confortable

Séjour d’une nuit à l’arrivée en Nouvelle Zélande. Accueil très efficace. Literie très confortable pour une bonne nuit de repos après un long voyage. Parking à l’arrière de l’hôtel. Le charme de l’ancien a été conservé. Très correct pour une étape sur la route.

Ok but nothing more

Got dirty sheets and had to ask for a change. Found some socks and hairbrush from previous guests under the bed. Other than that ok stay for a night on the way to somewhere else.

Disappointing stay. Sheets unironed. Had to ask for more tea/coffee/milk - some of which was sour - and towels. Restaurant was closed and apparently will be for some time. No aircon. Only free view tv. Cars could be locked up but had to be in before 9pm and not want to leave before 8am

Hotel básico de cidade pequena não muito turística, apesar do verão. Atendimento muito bom, tinha cozinha disponível a quem quisesse. Só seria legal ter pelo menos um ventilador no quarto.

Good bang for your buck

It was good for what it was. The man at the desk was super helpful and told us if he needed anything to not be afraid to ask them. The room and especially the beds were clean. Had no issues with the communal bathroom and showers. If you have trouble going up a flight of stairs, this place isn’t for you.

There was a band that wasn’t advertised on the booking site which was on the floor below our room and meant we couldn’t sleep until the band finished at 11.30pm. The fan didn’t go and we couldn’t open the window for fresh air due to the noise from the smoking area which was just below the bedroom. The alarm went off twice during the night.

The Hotel is a bit old and run down, but was perfectly adequate for my one night stay.The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, however the fittings were basic and the privacy (due to big open windows) was not ideal.
