"The stay was very pleasant with great staff from the concierge and kitchen. The team was very informative, just ask questions and any of them can help.
Many plus points: the Bus MRT is right in front of hotel. There is the Shopping Mall 3 minutes walk City Square Mall for daily needs: shop, eat, chill relaxing and more shopping. Self Washer (Sing $4) and Dryer (Sing $8) on first floor, and 24 hours fitness room on Second floor. Connecting room is also available (only with Queen+2Twins). Facilities was very clean 9+. Taxi pickup/dropoff is on back entrance. Elevators are convenient and fast. Breakfast from 0630-1030 is very hearty with Asian and Europe cultural (loved).
Cons or need improvement: none, we did not encounter any issues, easy stay and informative staffs solved all.
