"The location is excellent — very convenient and easy to explore Hanoi. The price was reasonable, and the hotel itself was clean, stylish, and well-designed. What stood out the most was the hospitality from the staff, especially Mimi and Celina. "Everyone at the hotel is extremely helpful and nice. Da went above and beyond to help and all the other front desk staff were great as well! The rooms are cleaned every day while you are out, it is so nice to come back to a clean room. Breakfast has a great selection to start your day. Overall great hotel!"
