"It was our first visit to Trichy and we are glad that we chose to stay at Marriott. Had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff are all very nice, helpful, warm and courteous. "Unfortunately we couldn’t stay at the emerald. The ac was broken and we were only informed once we arrived. We stayed at their other inn which was not similar to the emerald and what our expectations were. Disappointed in our stay. "
