"I had a lovely stay at Courtyard by Marriott Madurai, what really stood out was the warm welcome from the front desk team. Alen, Pratik Shetty, Jinda, and Veer went out of their way to make me feel like a valued guest, from friendly greetings to helpful suggestions. The hotel itself is excellent, clean, well‑located, with a great breakfast spread, and round‑the‑clock service. Highly recommend this place,not just for the amenities, but for the genuine hospitality that the front desk team showed. PS: Not sure whether I got the reception people names right."

"Right from check in, all the way until we left, we were really taken good care of. Staff was extremely friendly, professional and always treated with a smile. Dinner at Dhani was excellent and the breakfast was outstanding, the best we have ever had. The performance by the Rajasthani troupe was amazing and set the tone for the evening. Overall, a wonderful and memorable experience!! Could give 10 stars if option available. "

"We had a great stay at Hyatt Regency for 20days we were there. From the managers and their staffs we were welcomed very warmly. Breakfast at the restaurants was well organised under Mr Anand and his team, the valleting teams Mr Rajnikhant and collegues were great and very helpful during our stay. Keep it up guys. Great team"
