"Stayed for a concert, room was clean, ordered a shot from the bar and it had bugs. So safe to say, I was definitely turned off from asking for anything else. I understand things happen but was expecting a bit more for the price of stay and cost of drinks at the bar."

"I am currently dealing with major health issues and, due to those circumstances, I was unable to stay at the hotel. Despite explaining the situation, there was no flexibility or accommodation offered, and I was still charged in full. At a time when I am already overwhelmed with medical bills and expenses, this lack of understanding was incredibly disappointing. What upset me most was the complete absence of customer care or compassion. Life emergencies happen, and I expected at least some consideration given the circumstances. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Because of how this situation was handled, I will not be using Expedia again and will not purchase through Expedia in the future. Customer service and empathy matter, and in this case, both were lacking."
