Located in the great, welcoming area of the Avenues, this beautifully-crafted home has everything one needs for a delightful stay, and more: ample space among 3 levels; fully-appointed kitchen & home; very comfy furniture & bedding; a backyard maximized for outdoor relaxation (hot tub, fire pit, spacious dining, media); it's a quick walk to the lovely neighborhood Cucina Wine Bar & café-restaurant; groceries, liquor store, FedEx/Kinkos, other cafés, the University and U. hospital complex, and downtown area are a short drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this rental, which felt much more like a home than a rental.Plus, easy and efficient communication with the friendly manager."

"We had no pets. The host lines cross the street. One of the bathroom door's had a locking issue, but the owner came over and we found a solution.The house was well set up.with a large room at the rear with a dining table and sitting area. The bathrooms were modern as well as the kitchen. Since I cook for family and friends while visiting. I could have used a few more cooking pots!. But most people don't feed home cook meals for guests whioe on vacation! The owner was very friendly and accommodating!! Would stay there again !"

"Parking was easy and secure. The room was ok i think they are way over price . It is pretty small room and the bath and shower are in the middle of room wide open no privacy. Wife did not bare for that at all. "
