"Beautiful home, walkable. Listing says the owner prefers to hand off key but then no communication the day of, after I communicated arrival time many hours in advance. Main picture in the post isn’t of the part of the house that’s rented out. Space is above the garage with access via a very narrow spiral staircase that’s a pain to traverse with luggage. Room had Luxurious touches like fine linens and nice coffee but lacked basics. There wasn’t much surface space in the bathroom or hook for hanging toiletry bag and could only find one wash cloth. My husband is 6’2 and didn’t sleep comfortably because the bed frame has a footing."

"We loved our stay and would happily return again. The house is well stocked and we especially liked having a living room and the bonus room, so there was plenty of space for the family. The real standout is the gorgeous backyard — we spent many hours enjoying the pool and hot tub!"

"This was a very comfortable place with very attentive hosts when we needed help. the bed and pillows and loveseat and chair all comfy. There is lots of light from windows so always was cheery. The kitchen area is minimal but we cooked at the home of a family member in town. And such a delightful town to be in! We’d definitely go back next time to stay in this place next time we are in the area"

From my point of view, everything one might need was available, which made the stay even more enjoyable.Please allow me one small remark, which is not meant as criticism, but rather as a friendly suggestion: since you knew that we were traveling from Germany, I would have found it a thoughtful gesture if, for example, a small bottle of water had been provided upon arrival. "We loved staying in this sweet cottage!Mary,the host was very kind and welcoming. The cottage has a well equipped kitchen and the bathroom had loads of thick towels and toiletries if you didn't bring your own. Bed was comfy,as well as the couch for reading and relaxing. It was nice having the ability to stream our Netflix too and love having secured internet and laundry machines!All in all, a lovely,light filled cozy cottage in a walkable neighborhood with a wonderful host nearby! We are returning!"

"Adorable little house with carefully currated decor. The house had everything we could need. The host was very responsive and communicative. We really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again. And, our dog loved it too. There was a nice fenced in garden and another fenced in area for the dog to go potty. "

"This was the perfect house for 5 adult couples!! With each bedroom having a king bed and their own private bathrooms, it was comfortable for all. The kitchen had everything we needed. What a fun house!! And a cute town with a quick drive to Bodega. We couldn’t have asked for more!! We all talked about coming back and we definitely would recommend it to others.
