"My room was a single, but well big enough for me. My bed was a small double and so comfortable. Plenty Hot water for showers and the room was very well heated. I enjoyed the meals I had too"

"The people there were super friendly and brilliant place to stay."

"Very clean. Easy check in. Ground floor room so lots of traffic noise in the morning."

"great stay, nice big room, clean, tea+coffee & kettle, very friendly staff"

"Great location, well appointed rooms, calm and quiet."

"It was a clean room, very good location and easy check in and checkout process"

"Good location. Would benefit from hanging space for clothes."

"Great location"

"The parking is NOT a real amenity of the hotel - it is self-serve street parking that requires you to move your vehicle every 4 hours during the day or to park a 5 minute walk away in a more residential area. The location was easy access to the train station and local shops and restaurants. The room was clean and the bed was comfy."

"The checking in service is terrible no key safe number was sent I had to ring up and mess about trying to sort it out nice place only 2 cups and 4 guest so that’s not great"

"Clean and warm room, comfort to stay."

"Convenient location near the hospital, clean but cold in the room "

"Adequate room and clean bedroom and bathroom. Communication could do with improving because I didn't receive email notification 72 hours prior to visit (as stated), I did not know what door number it was (No.113) and nobody answered the phone number when I called, so I was standing outside for 40 minutes. But good price for location."

"Nice room and when I eventually got key code and into property it was lively. Close to Rail, underground and buses and plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby and within a stones throw of tooting common"

"I arrive door open everything was open looks like squatter"
