"Overall we had a decent 2-night stay. We asked to be moved from the first room we were assigned (#117) as it had a weird layout with a dirty/stained chaise lounge in an alcove just as you came through the door. The bed was to the right of that area, kind of down a small hallway. The carpet in that area was stained. The second room we were assigned (floor #2) was fine (clean and no weird layout). It would have been nice to know we needed to use our room key/card to activate the elevator. The pool was closed (the water had been drained) so that was disappointing. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the a/c worked well. The free coffee and breakfast were your standard fare. The ice maker on the first floor was not working so we had to go to the third floor for ice. Everyone on the staff that we encountered was friendly."

"Our entire experience from start to finish was amazing! Tammy is a very thoughtful and intentional host! The home is beautifully decorated, IMMACULATELY clean and has a warm relaxing vibe! All of your getaway needs are waiting for you and her Welcome Book is full of great recommendations! We had a chance to try Nellie’s and it was delicious! Sooo much to do and enjoy in the area. It’s close to Goat Island and The U.S. National Whitewater Center. Something for all ages! Tammy also supplies Kayaks and a tandem bike! We definitely want to come back for a longer stay to try the bike! Read the listing and you’ll see several other amenities that we simply ran out of time for. All I can say is this picky “design loving” “clean freak girl” felt right at home! Don’t even get me started on the living room wall mural!!! So cool! I highly recommend this home! It was such a pleasure staying there and working with Tammy!"

"We visited the property for a family vacation. Check in was smooth and the property was quiet, clean and well-equipped. There was one small hiccup along the way. I chalk it up to the time of year, but there were some ants concentrated in the kitchen. I messaged the host and he sent additional bait traps and ensured that pest control came out the next day. I was pleased with the prompt response and the rest of the trip went off without a hitch."

"Pros: property was very close to the white water rafting center, which is why we chose the house. Plenty of space and beds for large group/families. Games in basement was good for kids. Bathrooms for each bedroom was nice. Plenty of parking. Cons: Dryer was broken and we had many clothes and towels to wash post rafting/lake day. Beds were squeaky and loud mattress covers. The general necessities (esp when you are guests traveling in by plane) were not provided. No general spices for cooking and didn’t even have enough forks for all our guests each meal. The dock was very unsteady and unsafe for kids. There was a pool that we had no idea about (not mentioned at all in the listing) which was very gross and unusable which was a shame. It also was not gated which should be mentioned as safety precaution for family with kids."

"Communication with the owner was swift and informative. Always helpful and quick to respond. House was perfect, one larger bedroom and bathroom downstairs with two bedrooms, one with a double bunk bed , and bathroom upstairs. Well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again if visiting Belmont. Absolutely perfect."

"This cute and comfortable house was a great option for our family vs staying in a hotel. Amenities were great, location was perfect for our needs, comfy beds. and back desk was lovely to enjoy when we returned home in the evening. Just replied quickly leading up to our stay and while we were renting."

"Nice property. Very quiet with a nice location. I think we walked the nearby trails every night after dinner. Only minor downsides, the pool wasn't heated (or I couldn't figure it out, which is possible), property doesn't have a grill, and I would have loved if the fire pit was gas. Overall, I would stay here again. The place was very trendy and had plenty of entertainment options."
