"Wonderful place and great location right above the Big Springs Express Gondola!Perfect for a mountain biking weekend. The property was clean, very neat, and perfect for the two of us, but it could easily accommodate more.Guests should know there is no AC, but that wasn’t a problem as the weekend was fairly cool. Access to Netflix and Disney was a great amenity.The hosts, Al and Debbie, were very responsive. Will definitely stay there again!"

"$37 for a martini was a bit much. Trash in the hall way and a leaky hallway ceiling were on two different floors. Poop bags were not replaced during my three day stay. This was at the lawn in the back. The door to get to that lawn is not accessible with a room key forcing people with their dogs to walk all the way to the side doors. We used a rock to prop the door open so we could get back in. The staff was fantastic in all departments."

"We had an amazing stay! Our group of 14 had plenty of space, and the property was beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for a large group. The game room was a total game changer and honestly one of the reasons we chose this house—the kids absolutely loved having their own space to hang out and play, which meant the adults could actually relax too! The location was great, the house had everything we needed, and it was the perfect setup for our Tahoe trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for families or larger groups!"

"The house was large enough for our extended family gathering of 20 people. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and extra space for everyone to enjoy. The large laundry room was a nice surprise and super helpful. The location was great. It was a little hard to get the house and some of the bedrooms cool but we were able to open some windows in the evenings to try and help. We had a wonderful time at the home and would recommend it for large gatherings."

"The place was great! My boys loved it! Great deck and view, very roomy. The owner was super nice! The property management company was a bit overwhelming with all their messages, completing a ten page lease, wanthing the place inspected upon arrival, sending id, pictures, etc. Never experienced anything like it in all my years of travel. It was a short vacation stay, not a move in for a year! Once I asked them to quit messaging me it felt like vacation again."

"Well, this is our fourth consecutive year coming here during the warm season, and we usually stay 3-4 weeks each time. So I hope that says how much we like it. Top floor gives a great view. The unit is immaculate, and communication with the owner is always prompt, clear, and pleasant. This is an ideal location, halfway between Truckee and the lake. There are plenty of hiking trails on the property, and it’s easy to get to anywhere in the area. Before we came here the first time, we noticed that almost all the reviews were excellent, and after seeing it ourselves we knew why!"
