"Nice and cozy. Small room but easy to get to and quiet."
"It was absolutely beautiful and clean. The restaurant was delicious. The laundry facilities were well maintained, easy walk to bathroom. Loved how each wagon had their own bathroom. Very innovative, was expecting a bathhouse for all the guest. This was much better. Staff that rides around on golf carts making sure you had everything you needed, they were super friendly. Great experience!"

"Our large family of over 30 people stayed for 5 nights in July. The property is beautiful with lots of outdoor and indoor gathering space. The sports court, playground, fire pit, and wide grassy area were well used. The kitchen was well stocked and big enough for all of us to be eating together at mealtimes. We liked being separate from town, but close enough to get any supplies we needed in nearby Loa. We did need to drive a ways to get to other places we wanted to visit, such as Fish Lake, and Capital Reef National Park. Neither drive took longer than 30 minutes. We spent July 4th in Richfield, UT. That drive was about an hour long. The only thing I would warn about is the small size of the cabins and suites. Except for suite 1 which has a king size bed, the others have only queen or full size plus double bunks all in a very small space. A family of six works but be prepared to be cramped.But we loved our stay, and the hosts were very easy to work with and was quick to address any question or need that arose."
