"The apartment was a great place to stay. It was very clean and the safe next store was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent too. We were very close to the train and and many shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here."

"The Bensimon features very large apartments nicely renovated. The communication process was superb. The room was spotless and quiet. It overlooked a central courtyard characteristic of Berlin apartments. It was easy to get to by Tram. We would stay again."

"A great location to explore Berlin. Great rooms with all you need and a café below. Recommended"

"Had a couple of issues with the room which meant moving at 10.30pm but staff were helpful and did make sure all was ok following day and apologised for the issues. Great location for sightseeing. Surprised restaurant was closed on a Sunday night, good selection for breakfast. On the whole staff friendly and helpful."

"The hotel is perfectly. located. Five minute walk to the S-Bahn and buses, or walk into the city centre within twenty minutes. Quiet part of town (only noise was the refuse collection). Three excellent restaurants nearby. The accommodation has a comfy bed, plenty of storage and a well functioning bathroom. Breakfast was delightful...loads of choices, primarily cold meats, breads, croissants, cereals, yoghurts, fruits, salad, plenty of juices. No hot food except eggs, but i personally didn't feel...

"My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. The hotel was updated, beautiful, clean, excellent service (concierge, front desk, in room service, etc). Fabulous swimming pool, gym and spa area as well. Again, all updated. The hotel is also centrally located - near most of the key places to visit in Berlin, close to the underground metro system and many restaurants - all close walking distance."

"Great stay Great location. Will stay here again. Thank you!"

"Hotel was perfect for our stay. Staff were excellent friendly and helpful"

"The location suited me, given the areas I wanted to visit. Because it’s a short walk to the station getting the train from and to the airport is a synch. Also getting around Berlin City Centre was very easy. Checking in and out was very efficient, if not over friendly. Room was perfect for me as I was travelling solo. Perfect for my stay. There were food outlets and a supermarket at the train station. Room was kept very clean and tidy during my stay. Would definitely come back."

"Great place to stay if you want to be in that area. Very clean and quiet. Easy walk to Mitte if you can do a thirty-minute plus walk. Would definitely go back."

"The bathroom are always very clean, the staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are always clean and everyone is respectful. Would come back again."

"Recommend"

"This hotel is well located for a tourist trip to Berlin. We stayed here twelve years before and looked forward to coming back. Our experience was good, though not as positive as before. Staff were excellent, the location still perfect, but the bathroom (perfectly clean) was tired and needed refurbishing. The company had put its money instead on changing the lobby area. It had been a sunny, welcoming space, but became a place that we called the "smelly cave." No matter how sunny it was outside,...
