"The property was suitable for the price we paid, but the pictures online led me to believe it was better than it actually was. Communication was good, but had a little trouble figuring out how to get into the room once the code was given to us. Overall it was a good place to stay, just not quite what I was expecting."

"Great location. A couple hiccups on check-in. Internet was not working which we were informed about after we checked in. They weren’t able to send a service rep out to fix the internet for the first 3 nights of our stay. Cell service pretty minimal (AT&T) so bit of a bummer. Had to use the public WiFi down at the resort to check email and for a work meeting. Also, may be noted in the listing but the sofa bed in the loft does not work. There is a sofa bed in the TV room but sheets were visibly stained with food debris. Luckily there were other sheets available to change it. Otherwise, the place was clean. "
