"Charlie was a wonderful host and very accommodating; our private suite was spacious, very clean, comfortable and nicely furnished with lots of plants and plenty of snacks and fresh fruit. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets and marsh views from our deck; our entire stay was peaceful and quiet and Charlie's home was conveniently located to many great places especially for birdwatching/ We had a memorable visit."

"We stayed here for my wedding weekend, and it was absolutely perfect for me and my friends. The house is beautiful, in a great location, and had everything we needed. The yard and deck were such a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy our time together. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and had a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!"

"Where do I even begin with this gem of a house? From start to finish, Stacy was nothing short of fantastic. Clear, easy check in process and communication. This house has everything you can possibly think of. Forgot a pair of reading glasses? She has them. Toiletries, yep. Multiple coffee makers, yep. The list is endless. Myself and two traveling friends had plenty of space in this house. Ron, the lovely neighbor next door, greeted us upon arrival and was there if we needed anything. We spent most of our days out exploring but it sure was nice to come back in the evening to the amazing beds. I had the top floor and bed...I could write a book on. I had the best week of sleep I've had maybe ever. This house is walking distance to the water and a few restaurants. Restaurants are not in shortage in RI. We ate at so many good places. I recommend The Boat House in Tiverton. If you are looking for a rental in Portsmouth, close to many different things, on a quiet street...look here! Stacy delivers as one the best hosts I have ever worked with. "
