"The hotel is in an ideal location to walk to the nearby Kelpies or Falkirk football club. Staff are excellent all very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is about the shower the water pressure was pathetic and one night there was no hot water. Food at Cooks was excellent and definitely worth going back for that alone."

She went over and above to help us with our inquiries re the local area, the local cemetery and the local council. We cant thank her enough. As well as helping me with my booking mistakes (on the internet) she was a mine of information re Scottish history and the area in general. To add to that, the breakfasts were great, taken in a very relaxing atmosphere and the staff there were great too. The girls who were cleaning the rooms were also friendly and helpful. We would certainly stay again."
