Abusive neighbours
Was there for 2 minutes before owner of unit above us approached me and was rude, arrogant and borderline verbally abusive because i parked my camry sedan in the allocated parking space. I told him I would move it before he needed to get his car out at 5am. He then bashed on my side window ,not the front door, 2hrs later at 8.55pm yelling
aggressively to move my car because he wanted to go to sleep.. I was in my allocated car space that was included in price. Then today Monday around 9 45am we parked my car in space just to pack up car and was then approached by his wife being rude telling us to move my car because she wants to get her car out. I then told her she can wait as she can see we are packing car to leave. She then proceeds to video record me and take photos of my car and number plate. I did not use my car space all weekend and had to park car on roadway.
Also property was advertised as having direct access to beach. This is not true. Only a few steps and a hand railing that is so loose it's actually too dangerous to even try and use. No phone reception inside unit.
Unit was clean. Property agents are so friendly and approachable.
