Great location for access to the beach, shops and cafes.

Located in the Parklea unit block, this welcoming 2nd floor unit is on the popular Marine Parade, in the heart of The Entrance and just across the road from the beach.

This 2 bedroom unit is within walking distance to The Entrance Town Centre and all the amenities The Entrance has to offer. Park your car in the allocated car space and take advantage of all the Cafes, Restaurants, Cinema, Shopping Centre, daily pelican feeding, Vera's water garden, Saturday markets and much more.
The property features a fully equipped kitchen, ceiling fans in living area & bedrooms, double size bed in the main bedroom, 2 singles plus 2 trundle beds in the second bedroom and a modern kitchen & bathroom, perfect to relax in after a day of fun at the beach. This is a side facing unit, with a balcony to enjoy an afternoon drink or your morning coffee.

Only a short walk (or drive), you have the choice of many of our Central Coast beautiful beaches to choose from, including The Entrance Ocean Baths (Patrolled) The Entrance Beach (Patrolled) Toowoon Bay Beach (Patrolled) Shelly Beach (Patrolled) Blue Bay Beach and many more; you won't be short of choice when it comes to picking a swimming spot or a relaxing place to lay and read your book.

For the keen golfer in the family, you have a choice to tee off from two local golf courses, Magenta Shores or Shelly Beach Golf Club. For the more adventurous or the young at heart, head out to Tree Tops Adventure Park located near the Ourimbah State Forest and take the flying fox across the valley.
Alternatively, take a drive over to Norah Head and wander around the rock pools, or climb the 96 stairs of Norah Head Lighthouse and enjoy the 360-degree views of our amazing coast from the tower balcony.

The property is located just over an hours drive from Sydney, north via the M1 or South from Newcastle via the M1.
