"Room was good but mattress are to hard, also the coffee station is no longer available at any time but beside that everything is good clean and nice for family."

"Staff that we seen were friendly. Cleanliness could use some work. We stayed in the hotel attached (rome) building is fine but could use a few updates. Shower pressure wasnt the greatest. Beds could probably be updated. Overall i would stay again. But might try a different spot. Weve stayed here 3 different times. Not much has changed over the past few years. But if you are looking for a reasonable price its not the worst. "

"The rooms are exquisitely clean, public areas a little less so. Staff polite, reasonably efficient. WiFi, and a pop machine are the year round amenities."

"First of all we were checked into a dirty room. People had atayed in it. Thankfully nobody was in it when we opened the door. The desk person barely apologized and didnt seem to think a big deal. We were there two nights. Came back after dinner first night and both keys werent working. Made me wonder if he even had the reservatjon correct for two nights. "
