"Decently priced but very well maintained and clean hotel. There are no amenities, really (i.e. gym, pool), as advertized. However, our room (junior suite) was very spacious and with mini kitchen."

"The lighting in the room wasn't great and in the bathroom it was very poor. I could hardly see in the mirror. The towels and face cloths were very thick. This can be good and bad - bad in that the face cloth was impossible to use. It was too thick to wring out. The pillows were overstuffed. The hotel did not have any less stuffed. I had to go to Walmart to purchase a pillow. The water taps on the bathtub were very difficult to figure out. Consequently the water temperature could become dangerously high. I missed having a complementary breakfast. On the whole, my stay was very enjoyable. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again, if the price were right."

"Randy was an excellent host! He thoughtfully provided essentials for our first morning, including coffee, tea, milk, bread, and butter, which was greatly appreciated. He was friendly, welcoming, and very easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a wonderful visit. We highly recommend staying here while exploring beautiful St. John’s, NL. Laundry facilities, lots of parking, and lots of room for a good ol’ Screech in!"

"This was an absolutely beautiful, clean, quiet and cozy rental and it had everything you need and more even extra toothbrushes incase you forgot yours and other little touches that were very nice! Communication with the owner was easy and very friendly, I highly recommend this rental!!! We will be back!"
