"My visiting sisters loved their trip to Pacific Grove, with many great memories to share when they return home. One of them can no longer climb stairs and was thrilled to find a downstairs bedroom and full bath. The house was as grand inside as it looks outside. Clean and cozy."

"Room was relatively clean. Some mold around the tub. Room had coffee cups but no coffee maker. Had to ask for one from front desk. This was case for two rooms. One room did not have enough towels for two people. Front desk staff was excellent. Very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast did not look inviting. We ate elsewhere. If room faces Lighthouse St, there will be music from Lucy’s across the street for a couple hours. We enjoyed it. Walk to ocean was close and enjoyable."

"Location is excellent. Cleanliness of room was not great. Rooms need a thorough cleaning and refresh. Room furniture is all nicked up. There was no room to put a toiletry bag in the bathroom. "

"Just sad how bad this place has become. They advertise a tiny dirty plastic leather couch as a queen sofa bed for 2! The “breakfast” is a total joke with tiny muffins from the dollar store. Upcharges galore. The staff is annoying and can’t be bothered. Cannot recommend less. "
