"Breakfast had a good selection, felt the person working the breakfast was a little overwhelmed with the amount of people- dining area was not clean, tables not wiped down ready for the next person. Front counter person who checked me in could have been more friendly, felt she was somewhat standoffish because I asked for a room facing the pool which she said she was unable to accommodate which was okay. It was a request not a requirement. Overall good experience, already booked for June."

"The hotel was very nice. My only complaint is the lack of staff. The front desk agent was absent each time I went to the desk. She was cooking and serving patrons of the snack lounge. There should be someone at the desk to serve customers. One employee per shift is not enough. "

"This reminds me of those cheap ran down motel 6 from back in the day. The first room we had was heavily smoked out my kids complained about it & the shower was broken the water would not turn on just felt nasty. I asked to be moved, I had to downgrade my room because all they had left was a room with 1 bed. There were kids up allllll night sound like they would fall through the floor. My kids even said it was the worst hotel they ever stayed in. All of our encounters with the staff were great. They were sweet & helpful. "

"Breakfast was nice. Plenty of coffee, waffles, fresh warm biscuits and hot gravy, hot & cold cereals, milk, etc. Temperature in room was perfect. Didn’t hear any noise from other guests. Lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby. Area seemed very safe. This will be our 1st choice for lodging next time we're in Foley."

"I asked to sweep my my room because I feel it was a little bit dirty. The floors was dirt. I asked them if they could sweep only. They say I just have one day there. They cannot do nothing so they just gave me a broom. So I can sweep my own room"

"My family enjoyed the breakfast sausage and omelet. Food choices varied every morning. My daughter was thrilled to have her choice of fruit. No complaints overall rooms were clean and spacious. Check in/out was fast and easy. "
