Heerlijk verblijf in Noordwijk

Het was een heerlijk huis! Prima locatie, dicht bij zee.Fijne tuin met zwemvijver, fijn voor de nieuwjaarsduik.Goede slaapkamers en badkamers, grote woonkamer en keuken. Alles prima voor elkaar en voor herhaling vatbaar!

Ein wunderbares Zuhause in einer waldreichen Umgebung. Wunderschöner Naturschwimmteich mit kleinem Strandbereich. Entspannung pur drinnen und draußen. Tolles WLAN und als Bonus UK-TV und Netflix. Einfach perfekt für einen Familienausflug zum Strand und den Dünen in der Nähe von Zandvoort. Die halbstündige Radtour zum Großen Preis der Niederlande hat uns gut gefallen. Ich kann dieses hochwertige Zuhause wärmstens empfehlen.

perfekter Aufenthalt

Wir waren insgesamt 5 Personen und ein Hund. Perfekte Lage, 8 min mit dem Auto zum Strand. Whirlpool und Sauna haben dem Aufenthalt nochmal ein extra Bonus gegeben! Alles sauber und vor Ort gab es alles was man braucht.

Sehr schönes und weiträumiges Haus. Ideal geeignet für Gruppen und Freundeskreise die gerne zusammen sitzen, spielen und gemeinsam kochen wollen (die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, vielleicht könnte man noch einen oder zwei sehr große Kochtöpfe hinzufügen) … jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und gemütlich. Den Strand erreicht man zu Fuß in ca 15 min (schöner Weg durch Wald und Dünen). Wir kommen gerne wieder !

zeer comfortabel en ruim huis met mogelijkheden voor alle leeftijdsgroepen. heerlijke bedden. beneden in de slaapkamers fijne temperatuur ondanks de hitte buiten. boven was het wat te warm maar een mobiele airco of ventilator zou wonderen kunnen doen. schoon, praktisch, gezellig ingericht en buiten allerlei leuke zitplekken. de zwemvijver met klein strandje werd goed gebruikt! wij hebben genoten met ons gezin van 16 personen.

Wir haben unseren 70. Geburtstag mit 19 Mitgliedern der Familie gefeiert. Die Enkelkinder waren im Alter von 16 Jahren bis 6 Wochen. Trotzdem war genug Platz für alle da. Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind großzügig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Jeder konnte sich auch bei Bedarf drinnen oder draußen zurückziehen . Die Außenanlagen sind super. Auch hier gab es genug Platz und Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für alle. Whirlpool, Sauna, Schwimmteich, Sandstrand, Tischtennis, Schaukel… Zum Strand führt ein sehr schöner Weg durch die Dünen.

Um es vorweg zu sagen: Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit der Familie - wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (6 und 9 Jahre). Zu diesem schönen Urlaub hat auch das sehr schöne Ferienhaus, Duinweg 107 beigetragen, mit seiner Großzügigkeit, den sehr gut ausgestatteten 7 Schlafräumen (jeweils mit einem Badezimmer) und dem riesigen Wohnzimmer mit Essplatz für 16 Personen. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet. Im Vorratsraum stand ein großer zweiter Kühlschrank mir Eisfächern nur für Getränke. zur Verfügung. Im Putzschrank fehlte jedoch einiges Utensil: Putzeimer, Aufnehmer, Putzlappen und Putzmittel. Im Außenbereich gab es neben vielem Schönen jedoch auch Kritikpunkte. 1. Bei unserer Anreise waren alle Mülltonnen voll. Der Verwalter teilte uns mit, dass die Müllabfuhr erst am Freitag (Tag unserer Abreise) kommen würde. Auf unser Drängen hin hat er dann am nächsten Tag einiges an Restmüll abgeholt. 2. Die Planken auf der Außenterrasse müssten zumindest stellenweise erneuert werden (siehe Foto). 3. Die Sauberkeit des Außenbereichs lies bei unserer Ankunft zu wünschen übrig. Der Außentisch mit 10 Stühlen war versandet (als Folge des letzten Unwetters) und musste von gereinigt werden. Ebenso der Kunstrasenbereich mit Tischtennis, Trampolin und Schaukel. 4. Es fehlten Kissen und Polster für den Außenbereich. 5. Ein Gasgrill war nicht vorhanden (wohl auch nicht vorgesehen). Der Verwalter verwies auf die Brandgefahr für die umliegende Natur. Ein Gasgrill - an geschützter Stelle aufgestellt - bedeutet unserer Meinung nach keine Waldbrandgefahr. Wir haben dennoch das gesamte Anwesen genossen, uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sind dankbar, dass wir Ihre Gäste sein durften. Viele Grüße Heribert Wolf

Overnattingen var romslig og godt utstyrt, noe som gjorde det ideelt for vennegjengen vår, Vi satte pris på de rene og moderne interiørene, og saunaen var et hyggelig tillegg etter en dag med sykling i de nærliggende dynene, Beliggenheten er også flott, bare en kort kjøretur til Keukenhof og andre attraksjoner, Alt i alt et solid valg for en avslappende ferie

Familie weekend

De woning was echt prachtig met alles erop en eraan. Er stond een fles bubbels klaar en verse koffie. Elke slaapkamer een eigen mooie badkamer. Buiten een mooie overkapping met sauna en jacuzzi. Alleen konden wij de jacuzzi pas een dag later gebruiken, omdat deze toen pas op temperatuur was. Vrijdagmiddag aankomen en pas zaterdag avond op temperatuur, dat vonden wij niet echt kloppen. En helaas de ligging! Dat vonden wij niet terug in de beschrijving dat deze villa pal aan de weg ligt. En deze weg is best aardig druk. Wij hadden bij de boeking gedacht dat deze villa meer in de duinen zou liggen. Wij vinden wel dat dit bij de beschrijving moet worden vermeld. Nogmaals, villa geweldig, ligging minder. Ook als iemand met een hond komt, het is niet afgesloten. En een huis erachter die zo je tuin in kijkt. Beschrijving moet duidelijker zijn. Maar we hebben ontzettend genoten van het huis zelf!

Das Haus und die Außenanlagen sind sehr ansprechend. Es sind Kleinigkeiten, die es zu bemängeln gibt. Als da wären: Zuwenig kleine Löffel (Zuckerlöffel) in der Küche Tv Fernbedienungen teils mit leeren Batterien Flackerlicht in einem Badezimmer Das Raumangebot der Badezimmer wird nicht gut genutzt. Es ist wenig Ablagefläche vorhanden. Hier könnten Regale oder nur ein Ablagebrett wertvolle Hilfe leisten.
