I have stayed here before when I was in Europe and was amazed to receive the same level of service. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and spacious and the location is perfect….a 5 minute walk to the train station and 10 minute walk to the heart of Leiden shopping. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel near train station

comfortable bed and nice enough room in a very convenient location directly across from the train station. Only complaint is the soap shelf in the shower had a used (with lots of hair wrapped around) hair tie still sitting on it.

Tulip inn (great stay)

Booked 6 rooms for the running club. No issues checking in or out. Staff very friendly and polite. Easy to get to from the airport and 10 minutes walk from the centre of town. Well worth the money.

You chose this hotel for its location, it’s convenient next to the station. However, no gym available even though this was said on the webpage and if you book a family room (with two small kids) where the room doesn’t a small refrigerator is not really useful. The beds fell apart so my daughter woke up basically on the floor :)
