"Great hotel — very clean, with friendly and attentive staff who genuinely went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay. My only recommendation would be for the hotel to consider creating a designated non-smoking area around the pool. There was a very heavy presence of smoking around the pool, including near the children’s slides, which was particularly concerning from a health perspective. With so many people smoking, it was almost impossible to avoid the smoke or find a comfortable area away from it. Aside from this, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend the hotel!"

"Disappointing experience, especially for a honeymoon Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing, particularly as we were visiting for our honeymoon. At check-in, I specifically mentioned that we were on our honeymoon and was told that this had been acknowledged. However, when we arrived, the staff told us that no honeymoon request had been noted. We were then asked to wait around 20–30 minutes while they saw what they could do. This was not the welcome we expected, especially for such a special occasion. The housekeeping service was also a major issue throughout our stay. After our first day, we showered and went down for dinner, and we simply asked if the bathroom could be refreshed and, mainly, if we could have our towels topped up. We were questioned about why we needed the room cleaned again when we had only checked in that day. We weren’t asking for anything unreasonable — we simply wanted fresh towels and the bathroom refreshed. On day two, our room was not cleaned until around 5pm. This became a daily issue, as the room was consistently being cleaned very late in the afternoon. We would have liked to return to a clean room around midday so that we could rest, freshen up and get ready for dinner, but this wasn’t possible. When the room was eventually cleaned, the standard of cleaning was also disappointing. The room was left in a mess, and fortunately the cleaners were still there when we returned, meaning I had to explain what had been missed. T"

"The first impression is what it’s expected. It’s a good hotel for all inclusive options and the food was outstanding. The pool is also outstanding. I also tried the spa, Thai Massage, deep tissue, 90 min. That meets my standards of treatment and service. I didn’t like is the room I had upon arrival, it was far too warm and the ac struggled to cool down which I had to open the balcony door. Even after 2 days, it still struggled to cool the room down. Another issue is the smell. Sometimes when it’s in heat, the bathroom gutter and toilet begins to make the smell uncomfortable. But doesn’t mean it’s not liveable. The bed was comfortable, and the environment is plain and simple and easy to use. The shower is decent but its a safety hazard if there no shower mat, which increases the chances of slipping. The staff are decent but before I tried to contact the hotel for a transfer from the airport. I got no response which was annoying to find a taxi at the airport. The staff are nice but their attitude is what made the environment lose its charm. The beach is great, sunny, its a very happy environment. But there a guy walking around charging 200 Lira for sun beds. I was there 2 hours in, he came up to me saying its not part of the hotel even though its all inclusive. So I left. For the hotel, they have events every night or day, be aware, it’s very loud sometimes, might struggle to sleep. The elevator very very slow, anyone with disabilities will have to be very patient."

"The staff were so nice and accommodating -- I arrived after midnight, and the gentleman at the front desk helped bring my bags to my room, and then helped me get a taxi so I could visit my friends. Since it was so late at night, very few taxis roam the streets, so he recommended I try Uber to get a taxi, and it was great. My room was very spacious, and AC worked very well during the very warm temps outside. There was a periodic blackout every now and then (expected when everyone is maxing out their ACs), but it was very short, so it didn't really affect me when I was it happened while in my room. I'm a digital nomad so I always travel with a computer, and the room had a nice large desk space to accommodate my work sessions. The included breakfast is great! Lots of fresh veggies and cheeses, as well as hard boiled eggs, breads, and some sliced meats. I only got to enjoy it on my final day, as I was usually out having breakfast with my friends, but it is definitely a good one to take advantage of the next time I'm there! There is a great convenience store right next to the hotel! They sell drinks, snacks, and plenty of wine and alcohol. I love Turkish sour cherry juice (called "visne"), and they sell it in 1L cartons -- sooooooo tasty! Also, Land of Legends is only 10min walk away! The only minor issue was that the bathroom had a bit of a musty smell, but it is not enough to discourage choosing to stay there again, because there were so many benefits to staying here!"

"Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at X Belek. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The facilities were good, and the location was convenient for exploring the local area. The food offered a decent variety, and there was always something to choose from. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that there were a few small areas that could be improved, but they didn’t significantly affect our stay. Overall, a great holiday and I would happily recommend the hotel to others."

"We had a lovely stay at the hotel, it’s only 10 minutes walk from land of legends which was very helpful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good which different buffet menu every day. Free Turkish tea and instant coffee was available 24/7 at the pool bar for all guests which was very good option. The supermarket is literally 1 minute walk from hotel which was very convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable and clean. The room was cleaned on daily basis. Overall very good stay. It’s good value for money."
