"The staff is amazingly friendly, nice and helpful. The hotel location is amazing and the rooms are clean and cosy. I was sad not to see a kettle or anything to make tea in the room but later realised there is no need -they have free unlimited tea-coffee-juice servise in the lobby which is amazing and more than I was hoping for. I came in the hotel for a tennis tournament. Staff supported and cheered me all the way. This friendliness is rare and priceless. So I would say this is the best price/worth ratio you would find, because the prices were also not high. Whenever I come back, I will gladly stay here again"

"14 days of amazing hospitalilty from Innvista Belek. We had a lovely room service lady, Aysel who greeted us every morning with a smile and quickly became friendly with my son! She is meticulous in her cleaning and tries her best to work around our schedule when my son is sleeping during the day. She cleaned our room thoroughly and also did very cute towel sculptures on our bed which always put a smile on our face. To the groundskeeper who helped me find my shorts when the wind blew it over. To the amazing staff in the dining area who always offer us drinks and bring a highchair for my son . A special mention to the reception staff to Ekaterina and Murat who sorted out a meeting room for me everyday day to attend a conference call and with Murat who I spoke to everyday, they are all so friendly. 

Guest Relations Aykut , Kader and the manager Darya Yildiz is very helpful and we had a very nice chess ♟️ game with Aykut.

I loved my stay here and would highly recommend to everyone !! Hospitality is what makes this place world class. The facility is very clean with constant 24/7 cleaners. 10-15 minute walk to land of legend and the nearest mosque. Very fast broadband also . Will definitely be coming back next year"

"We weren’t given the room that we paid for There should have been a queen bed and a single with a pool view There were 2 single beds and no view if the pool "

"I stayed here with my partner who is English for 2 nights and let me tell you if I had the money to move hotel even for only 1 night I would have. there was no English entertainment not really a big problem but she missed out on what was going on. But the worst of the worst was the food situation!! Now everyone would crowd the doors at meals time and it was like a bunch of animals rushing into the room. We decided to hold back on the second day but realised that people cue because otherwise there’s no food or cutlery left, we found ourselves eating scraps with paper plates and plastic cutlery. And on top of all that the staff were just rude will never be staying here again and yes it wasn’t the most expensive holiday but definitely not worth the amount we paid for 2 nights "

"If you’re planning on staying more than two days this is not the hotel for you. Because we was staying just for one day, we didn’t mind. The staff are super nice, if run by man, so is not the cleanest place or organize place. But is doable, is literally a 10 min walk from the land of the legend. They have a lot of food and shopping place around it. The shower had water leaking, and the bathroom is very small. "
