We were hit with over $350 in unexpected fees, bringing the total for two nights over $1,000—yet the hospitality was non-existent. The room lacked basic amenities: no bottled water, no iron, and no included wifi. To make matters worse, the room and fridge were not properly cleaned. Valet is extremely expensive with no self-parking option, and no one offered to help with our luggage. For this price, the lack of basic service is unacceptable. We will never return. "

"This is a really special space. Stayed for four nights in March. The gym is incredible and I was happy to be able to book a lane for swimming on two different days in the 8am hour.
