"Poorly maintained, bed not comfortable. Shower was poor. No breakfast offered, dinner meals were mediocre. Would not recommend"

"Our room had a stunning sea view if Housel Bay which is itself utterly breathtaking. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming, authentically friendly, and beyond helpful. The cleaning staff did a superb job efficiently and unobtrusively. And the bar and restaurant staff were friendly and efficient and added to the entire dining experience in the beautiful terrace restaurant with it's wonderful food and incredible view!"
