"This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Pretty much everything is perfect and cant say I would change a single thing. 2 weddings went thru in the 3 days I was there. If ladies choose that place for their special day you know its good!!!"

"Disappointing Service for a Five-Star Hotel
The hotel’s location is excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately, those were the only highlights of our stay.
The service was far below what we expected from a five-star hotel. Staff at the front desk, room service, and entrance were not professional or welcoming. While their English skills could be improved, the bigger issue was their attitude. They were often cold, unfriendly, and seemed unwilling to help or show genuine...
