"Hotel is pretty "okay" if you are going for business, but our experience was not nice. The Air Conditioner wasn't working on a 65-80 degree outside, I told the front desk if they can help or make a room change but the solution was to give me a floor fan, not the type of help I was hoping and did not do anything to the A/C, it felt like "this is the best we can do, handle it". I've been in the hotel industry for 9 years and that's not how we handle thing. Bellmen and housekeepers were great and very committed to the service."

"This was my first time in Chicago. This hotel was nice ,clean had more than enough towels in room, the rooms looked nice. The complementary breakfast was more than expected it was awesome. The bar was nice the Windy City cocktail was my favorite."

"The room was very clean. Bed was comfy. The Nespresso in the room absolutely topped it off for me! The husband slept like a baby and everything we needed was available. The water dispenser and water bottles by the elevators are super convenient! Never had we seen anything like that but that was amazing. Very thoughtful. More than likely will stay here again!"

"The Hotel is in bad need of a update & remodel. Rooms are very small and dark and Dingy. carpet is very warn. We went to the room we were given an there was some kind of very loud running contently outside the window had to go to the front desk and ask for a new room. The next room was on the same side of the building but higher up still noisy but not as bad. There are plenty of other options in the area of town would suggest checking them out."
